I AM the CLARIFIER OF OPERATIONAL DAILY LIFE

I am currently open to recruitment discussions and looking for a permanent position.

I work in situations where everyday life is a bit chaotic: processes are missing, systems don't work together, or the focus on tasks is lost.

It comes naturally to me to take charge of the whole, to organize, simplify, and ensure that work gets done — without unnecessary complexity and sophistication.

I am often described as someone who is easy to work with: I clarify situations, listen, ask the right questions, and get people involved in the change. Sometimes it is even fun at work.

how did I COME here?

I have worked in:

  • operational management and as a service manager
  • development and change projects
  • leading digitalization and system implementation processes (ERP/CRM/PSA)
  • interim leadership roles
  • support roles and coaching for management

I have over ten years of experience in operational work, process improvement, and building everyday structures in small and medium-sized enterprises, expert organizations, and projects.

I have led teams, implementations, finance, sales, and customer relationships — and I am accustomed to the fact that everyday life is not neatly organized. Cleaning up is my strength.

WHEN AM I USEFUL?

I offer support to organizations that need a practical person who understands strategy.

You should invite me to situations where:

  • processes are weak or missing
  • daily operations are struggling, work is burdensome, and the overall picture is unclear
  • the system environment (ERP/CRM/PSA) needs to be sorted out
  • digitalization is stalled because no one "owns the project"
  • the team needs structure and clear leadership
  • the leader needs a practical second brain

I am capable of both daily management and development projects—and can move between these as needed.

MY VALUES AND WORK ETHIC IN A NUTSHELL (WHAT YOU GET WHEN I COME ON BOARD)

  • Clarity: Making the complex understandable.
  • Structure: Defining processes, responsibilities, timelines, and implementation.
  • Calm progression: I don't dramatize or complicate things.
  • Deployment: I ensure that the new operating method remains in use.
  • Practical leadership: I lead teams, keep things moving, and quickly identify where the actual pain point is.
  • Discussion and support: I am a coach for management and, when needed, the “second brain” for the entire team.

Get things done

Let's focus on the essentials, solve the problems, and get to work.

HUmanity

People always come first; technology supports and enables.

Sustainability

Decisions are made based on knowledge, consistently and sustainably.
