I combine experience in marketing, management, and business development with the latest requirements of green transition and sustainability reporting. I help organizations where daily operations need structure, processes require reinforcement, sustainability needs practical tools, or systems require effective implementation. 1. OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT & change

Does everyday life need practical management and a clear owner? I help keep work moving and the team focused on what matters. I take charge of the big picture, clarify responsibilities and priorities, and ensure that tasks stay organized even in the midst of change.


Typical tasks:

  • Leading, coordinating, and providing practical support for the team's daily operations
  • Clarifying work queues and prioritization
  • Aligning sales, client relationships, and service delivery
  • Managing workload and capacity
  • Acting as a supervisor or service manager
  • Providing executive coaching and serving as a "second brain" in a busy routine
 

2. ESG and Sustainability reporting

Are investors, clients, or consumers asking about sustainability? I have experience in sustainability communications and will soon graduate as an expert in the green transition (Finnish Environment Institute SYKLI).

Typical tasks:

  • VSME: Planning and compiling sustainability reporting for SMEs according to the VSME standard.
  • Double materiality analysis: Identifying and documenting a company's sustainability impacts, risks, and opportunities.
  • Emissions accounting: Processing data collection of greenhouse gas emissions (Scope 1, 2, and 3) and setting up accounting models.
 

3. commercialization, service design and processes

Growth and commercialization are the red thred of my career. I have studied corporate communications and business administration. My path includes lot's of business development and marketing for dozens of companies.

Practical work:

  • Productization & service design: Transforming expert work into purchasable and clear service products.
  • Business development & strategies: Market analyses, positioning, clarifying competitive advantage, deepening customer understanding, and planning targeted marketing.
  • System architecture (ERP/CRM/PSA): Requirement specifications, acquisitions, and implementations (e.g., Netvisor, Pipedrive, Koho) to ensure that services operate efficiently and profitably.


I implement digitalization in a way that aligns with processes, data protection, information security, and real-life situations. I am very AI-positive and use artificial intelligence daily both at work and in my free time. I enjoy being the admin user.
